Land Utilization Scheme
Between the South Sumatra Provincial Government, the Ministry of Transportation, the High Prosecutor’s Office, KSOP, BPKP, the Regional Office of ATR/BPN, and the Banyuasin Land Office to implement the State-Owned Asset Utilization Cooperation Scheme (KSP BMN) for the development of Tanjung Carat Port.

(1) agreement on the equity and loan composition percentages of each consortium member.

(3) the allocation of rights and obligations among consortium members.

Establishment of BUP (Port Business Entity)
Following the Consortium Agreement, the consortium members establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to be named PT Pelabuhan Samudera Tanjung Carat, which will be responsible for managing the construction and operation of the port.

Signing of State-Owned Asset Utilization (KSP) Agreement
In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 361/KM.6/2024, the Special Purpose Vehicle (BUP) will submit a KSP proposal to the Ministry of Transportation for a utilization partnership with a duration of 50+ years.
