Letter of Intent (LoI)
Formal expression of interest submitted by the prospective partner to the Provincial Government of South Sumatera or the Port Business Entity (BUP), detailing the core nature of the business and intended operations within the port zone.
Business Proposal
Submission of a comprehensive business plan, including technical specifications, financial projections, and environmental impact considerations.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
A non-binding agreement outlining the preliminary scope of cooperation and establishing the framework for detailed study and negotiation.
Feasibility Study
In-depth analysis conducted by both parties to validate technical viability, economic feasibility, and operational synergy with port masterplans.
Heads of Agreement (HoA)
Definition of the key commercial terms and conditions that will form the basis of the final binding contract and operational license.
Implementation
Final contract signing followed by project mobilization, construction, or operational setup as per the agreed timeline.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Continuous performance assessment to ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and ESG objectives.
